Has any one had any luck with Royal Jelly for energy? I got some at the health food store and she said the refrigerated stuff was the best with the energy enhancement. Wow It does give ya a kick in the pants! Costs about $32.00 here for that type. You just need a smiggin of it, comes with a tiny little spoon. Any one else tried, I'd love to know how it works for them.

I love royal Jelly. I take mine in a capsul form. I take it every morning for the past 2 months. I started taking it for overall health benifits from it. After 2 months my hair is so shiny and I have all day energy. A feeling of well being I guess. I get it from GNC 125mg. I also take a multi vit too but the change in my skin and hair and nails and well being is from the royal jelly. I reccommend it to everyone.
