Has anyone tried these Bowel Cleanses?? I have the colonix program and have just started about 4 days ago - Just wondering if anyone else has gone through it?

I used a similar product. They all contain essential the same herbs in their own fomulas - Black Walnut, Pau D'Arco, etc. Colonix is spendy. Colonix gets a lot of attention because of the gross pictures on the website. I did the cleanse - the diet was aweful and difficult, the capsules were fine, the drops of herbs tasted horrible. I noticed no parasites in my stool - but I didn't expect to find them, I was more concerned about Candida - the cleanse I did attacks both. I then went to my doctor and had a complete bloodwork up and no Candida. I believe many do have intestinal parasites or bowel problems - I have always been regular.

Keep up the cleanse it can't be anything but good for you unless your doctor specifically tells you not too. The couple of weeks you need to complete it are going to pass anyways.

I did a colon cleanse colonix for three straight months with great results. I took tablets in the morning for parasites, fiber in the morning in a milkshake, and then a tea that helps you sleep at night. I have chronic constipation and the cleanse cleaned out very old fecal material which was identical to what was described in the many testimonials, I think I saw more than one flat worm - very long over 12 inches, and I had a much larger than normal volume of bowel movement daily. It helped ALOT with Candida and digestion. I plan to do this one once a year because it was so effective. I wish I could stay on it all the time.

how long should you do a cleanse? i take a bulking agent followed by fiber. its amazing how much better you can feel from this

can anyone explain to me what these bowel/colon cleanser products do that laxatives don't do? I'm thinking if a few doses of fleet phosophosoda is good enough for making your instestines squeaky clean for colonoscopies then using laxatives once or twice a year would work pretty well.
