Re: Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne contains capsaicin. It increases Substance P, which is a type pain hormone naturally in the body. Momentary discomfort occurs until Substance P is depleted, then you are pain free. This is how it cures migraines. Sort of treating like with like. Doctor Whitaker and Dr Mercola are big fans of cayenne for numerous ailments.

I though i was the only crazy one who did this. LOL !! I mix 2 tbs of Cayenne and 2 tbs of Garlic in hot water mug and sip away.I know im killing every bad bug in my system drinking this. We also eat lots of Red / Green Chile out here in the southwest so the Cayenne doesn't bother me !!

Hey Lotus , you'll build up tolerance over time to the burning in your mouth. The Garlic is powdered in 16 oz container in the spice section at the grocery store just like the Cayenne i purchase. Also if you can learn to gargle this its great for your Gums !! later!

Re: Cayenne Pepper

I've recently seen some vague info from Dr Whitaker that cayenne pepper, garlic and onions are all good for hair loss. Cayenne because of circulation, and the others for their sulfur content. Any of you hear this about cayenne?
