I can't believe this. I went to him this morning and he asked me if the herb formula worked and I said no. He said to go back to my family doctor and to see if he could get me on prozac or smething. He said that if the herb formula didnt work that neither would the acupuncture treatment and needles. WHat should I do? I didnt even get a chanmce to tell him what i've been experiencing physically last 3 weeks. I was lookin forward to goin to see him for 2 weeks and this is what happens? I Just wana feel better...........
I shouldve known that when in the first visit he didnt even exmaine me or look at me that somin was wrong and told me to take an herb. I just contacted 2 acupuncture places and am waiting to hear back from them. I found about 6 places that do acupuncture in a town 30 minutes away from me.
Just for a frame of reference my accupuncturist first asked me to describe my symptoms and then ran through a checklist of questions asking me about various functions of my body - she then took my pulse on both wrists and examined my tongue
I've only had 2 sessions so far but I think I can see a little improvement already
