Hello Angel.
I know what it's like to have adhd , and to want something naturally to heal you.
Have you tried the delicious tea Yerba Mate' from South America? The leaves themselves arent exceptionally tasty, but I add peppermint, spearmint, and stevia to my yerba mate. I'm about to experiment with cinnamin because I heard it is very popular, and I like the smell and taste of cinnamin.
Yerba mate is a smooth, natural source of energy and like green tea, yerba mate is rich in polyphenols.( Yerba has more)
I said that the leaves of the Yerba Mate' tree grown in South America, Uraguay, and Brazil arent exceptionally tasty, but they are the part of the infusion the I look foward too because of the benificial nutritional properties, to which there are so many amazing. EACH INFUSION OF MATE CONTAINS : Alkaloid Aromatic Compounds Saponins Phenolic Compounds Flavonoids Minerals Vitamins - A, C, B-Complex Xanthines
I will explain the properties of Yerba Mate' in greater detail later, but here's a quick overview.
The great sense of well being and smooth energy and mental focus from drinking cups of Yerba is due to the synergistic effect of the Alkaloid structure , the Xanthines(Natural caffiene 2-3% in a cup), Aromatic Coumpounds and Minerals(Mg, P, Ca, Mn and Fe) and vitamins.
The anti-oxident activity is due to the Saponins, Phenolic Compounds, and Flavoniods.
Yerba is so healthy and I can see why people drink many cups a day, and make it a morning, afternoon and night ritual to drink it; because of the induced high mental focus, sustained energy(which I noticed it does more of a job of supplementing your own energy levels and keeping them going all day rather than creating a nervous, jittery , twitchy energy buzz with a crash like coffe.)
So I noticed Yerba helps twoards a better life.
