Re: Fleas!

Bugs and bacteria don't like salt. Making a strong salty saline in a spray bottle may deter and/or kill them. Hydrogen peroxide sprayed over carpets/bedding may also help. Do a test area first to make sure it doesn't fade the fabric. At 3% it shouldn't.

Natural Ginesis makes a natural enzyme spray disinfectant for mites, fleas, bed bugs, etc. Can be applied to all surfaces including counter tops, fabrics, skin, scalp. It's called Kleen Free Naturally. They also make natural shampoos to combat lice.

Re: Fleas!

lemon and orange peel is a natural flea repellant... i'm a groomer and we only use this natural flea shampoo called pure'o flea. Its made with oranges.. it takes longer to kill them you've got to leave it on for a good 15 minutes!! You can also take lemons put them in a blender with 2 cups of water then boil it.. when it cools down you pour it on the animal use a soaked washcloth on the face and head to be sure it doesn't get into the eyes... won't kill em but it'll sting!!
