| Experience with Adaptagen Supplements
I deal with stress and anxiety. I've been looking for a natural supplement that can help with these issues. I've read about Rhodiola rosea and Siberian Ginseng being very helpful for my conditions. However, when I try these supplements, they have the opposite effect on me. Instead of relieving anxiety and stress, they seem to make it worse. I tried Rhodiola as a supplement and took a very low dose, 150 mg/day. It made me very hyper and anxious with a terrible headache. The Siberian Ginseng is in a mult-vitamin that I'm taking which I'm sure would be a low dose. I can also feel it's affect of increasing anxiety and making my chest tight. I have not taken these at the same time so there's no counter-action going on here. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if it's possible some people can't take adaptagen's for anxeity.
