assuming its just wax build up you can gently heat some olive oil to lukewarm temprature (NOT HOT), then pour it in your ear canal , wait 15 minutes and then let it drain - this is better if you follow it with a shower and tilit your head so that water runs in your ear . this will generally remove most obstructions. you could also try ear candles (from healthfood shop or chemist) or Audiclean spray. do not stick anything in your ear, ever.
