Thanks, it makes sense. I can cut out processed foods fot the most part, my only problem is that I love to bake and I am always baking cookies, cakes and candy for freinds and parties. I can't cut out that, but otherwise I eat well and I eat organically. I started yogalates and I will try the apple cider with water and honey. I also didn't realize that stress depletes us of vitamin B. The only stress I have is raising my 1 year old, we go through new stages every so often and I have to learn to deal with it. I started more of a routine with her than I had before and I am reading about how to deal with her. She is actually well behaved, but when we are out and about she can get nuts. I am teaching her boundries and limits and that is working really well. I am well on my way from being tired and down and out.
