Question Tips for boosting mood and tiredness?

I am a stay at home Mom to a 19 month old and sometimes it can be exhausting. What are some alternatives of vitamins, etc that can help boast my mood and tiredness that I experience sometimes?

I am by no means a doctor but I know that magnesium, holy basil and ashwagandha as well as vitamins b6 and b12 can help with your fatigue. For your mood, 5-htp, gaba or magnesium can help. However, I don't recommend taking any of these without a holistic practicioner's guidance.

Something you can do on your own, even if it is only for 5-10 minutes a day is yoga. Yoga has been proven to improve fatigue and boost moods!

A b-complex should help....I notice that I always feel better when I remember to take mine.

shannatoo My goodness I went to gnc tonight becouse of my moods from hell .And yes the holy basil worked Im so not wanting to fight with everyone around me, so far its been 4 hours now and I have not yelled. I also will talk with my DR. But I needed help fast today! IT worked for me!!! yes yes yes !!thank youbeforeafter

Thanks, it makes sense. I can cut out processed foods fot the most part, my only problem is that I love to bake and I am always baking cookies, cakes and candy for freinds and parties. I can't cut out that, but otherwise I eat well and I eat organically. I started yogalates and I will try the apple cider with water and honey. I also didn't realize that stress depletes us of vitamin B. The only stress I have is raising my 1 year old, we go through new stages every so often and I have to learn to deal with it. I started more of a routine with her than I had before and I am reading about how to deal with her. She is actually well behaved, but when we are out and about she can get nuts. I am teaching her boundries and limits and that is working really well. I am well on my way from being tired and down and out.
