Getting rid of parasites part 2.

This is continuing of a very large thread.
Quote:
the other symptoms you listed sound like me too. i have so many i cant even list them all

yes please do tell me what worked. i dont want to try 20 different things and have none of them work, im tired of wasting money only to have my health not improve

and i dont own any pets
like I said, indoor pets get them because we carry them on our shoes or cloths, or we actually carry them in us. I asked if you had pets so you would know that it is important when getting rid of parasites that they too do it as they will only give it back to you, but it is the same for anyone that lives in your house. They all need to do this cleanse with you, so that you do not become re infected.

Or you can do the cleanse first and if you see improvement, then you will KNOW you have them bad and then it is important to have everyone in your house do the cleans with you. If you do the cleans and it doesn’t work, then maybe you don’t have it, and they don’t have to do the cleans with you. However most people have parasites and don’t even know it. Which is why this cleanse is important to take once a year, to always make sure you are free of them, just as you would deworm you pet often to keep them healthy.

Here is a list of many miss diagnosis that people get when they actually have parasites and candida, so they take meds for years, with hardly any results. because there are things in their body that are still destroying it. Sometimes doing a parasite cleans is enough, but most of the time, the damage is so bad, it takes more then a parasite and candida cleanse, and I hope that is not the case with you.

Asid reflux/ Heartburn/Gas/bloating
Chronic constipation and/or Diarrhea
Acne
ADD/ADHD, brain fog, depression, and many other Dx’s for mental illness.
Allergies, Asthma
Bad breath
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Sore throat
Arthritis
Dandruff
Fibromyalgia
Liver/kidney problems
Migraine/headaches

And many more…..that is just a few examples. I put the diagnosis not the symptoms as the symptoms are very very large.

Nearly everyone has one of the above, and it is not always caused by Candida/parasites. but it could be, and it can be made worse because of them. If you have MANY of the above, doing the cleanse can help bring it down from many of the above, to only just a few.

Re: Getting rid of parasites part 2.

Ok, you can kill candida by starving them to death with diet. But it is really hard to do, as I have failed in that area, and I know people who have some success, but have been on the diet for years, and still have it, just not as bad.

My way is a mixture of both diet and natural meds.

Some of these changes might be worth sticking to, but if you can’t at least do it while you are ridding your body of them.
help flush them out of your stomach and organs. Because when candida dies, there self defense its to release 70 different toxins in your body and poisons you. and you will feel worse if you do not get them out. If you get them out fast the toxins will end up in the toilet, and the cleanse is actually working better for you, as your body will not be boggled down by both Candida/parasites, and toxic overload.

Diet change during your cleanse.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily to flush them
Eat fresh veggies to starve them (raw or steamed or juiced)
Stay away from sugar, if you do have sugar, it MUST organic sugar cane and very little
Lemons , limes, cranberries,
detoxing fruits, goji, alovera, blueberries, ect.. ( there are many detoxing fruits )
Stay away from sweet fruit as they live off sugar so starve them
Fish (except shell fish)
Free range eggs, chicken or turkey
Plain yogurt with live bacterial culture or a probiotics
Essential fatty acids (I take Oil smart)
FIBRE. Eat lots of food full of fiber or high in fiber, you need 25 to 30 grams a day to help flush out the parasites
Raw seeds, (sunflower, almonds, pumpkin flax..ect…
Herbal teas such as chamomile or peppermint, or green tea
________________________________________ _______________________
Eliminated or strictly limit
Sugar, coffee
Foods with yeast
Alcohol, pop, fermented beverages and ciders as they live off it, and you want to starve them not feed them
Condiments, sauces, and vinegar products (mayonnaise, pickles ect…)
All fruits and fruit juices, (only bitter fruit and detoxing fruits are ok) I drink 1/3 alovera juice cut with 2/3 water.
Mushrooms and fermented foods such as soy sauce tofu, sauerkraut.
Cheese and sour milk products (except yogurt) buttermilk ect.

next... your daily vitamins… this is not jsut druing the cleanse, I think this is somehting you should always be taking.

Vitamins and minerals:
When you have candida/parasites, they create such damage, it is impossible for you body to absorb the nutrients it needs to live. So even if you already take supplements… chances are they do nothing for you.

Many of the minerals and vitamins you are taking are actually taken out of the ground, the dirt and rocks are extracted to get the minerals and vitamins you need. Your body works hard trying to convert this. However our body is not good at extracting these minerals from dirt/metals and rocks like a plant can. Which is why if you get them from the plant which has already processed them, they are more likely to work in your body. Does that make sense?

So the best vitamins are whole food vitamins, which came from the plants, not the ground. The best mineral is Coral calcium as it came form the coral reef not just rocks. Make sure you buy ONLY coral calcium not calcium citrate, or any other calcium. As coral calcium should have MANY different minerals in it that the plant has already processed, not just calcium/magnesium and vitamin D.

Re: Getting rid of parasites part 2.

Candida Cleanse:
The above may kill of Candida and parasites, but it cannot do it alone, now you need natural meds to do the rest,
First you do one Candida cleanse. You cannot take your Candida cleanse at the same time as a parasite cleanse. As it is just too much. My Candida cleanse is 15 days.
if you buy a cleanse kit, you have to make sure it has the following. And that it tells you exactly when you take it, because some needs to be taken with a meal, and some need to be taken on an empty stomach, if you do not take it properly it will not work. So the best way is to find a 2 part cleans kit for both parasites and Candida should have them. As well as the Candida Zyme and a parasite Zyme….
But I’m starting you with candida…
You NEED to have all of these ingredients in your cleanse kit, otherwise it will not work properly. I’m sure non of this will make any sense to you, but you can take it as a check list and go to a health food store and read the ingredients and check them off.
Uva Ursl Leaf
Garlic bulb
Caprylic Acid
Grapefruit seed extract
Pau D’Arco Root Bark
Pau D’Arco Root Bard
Barberry Root
Neem Leaf
Olive leaf
Berberine sulfate
Oregano leaf
Orange peel
Oregon Grape Root
Cinnamon bark
Clove bud
Peppermint leaf
Now a candida Zyme is needed to take with food. I think this works REALLY well for me it should include:
Protease
Cellulase
HemiCellulase
Lysozyme
Amlase
Invertase
Lactase
Malt Diatase
Lipase
Glucoamylase

Take your candida Cleanse for 15 days, or whatever your brand recommends. Before you move onto parasite.

If you start to feel really well, it is mostly because of candida, not parasites but you should still continue onto the next cleanse, a parasite cleanse… for me, only a few symptoms improved as most of my symptoms are caused by parasites.

Once you start your Candida cleanse I will give you the parasite cleanse.
To be CONTINUED….

Re: Getting rid of parasites part 2.

Thanks for the useful information. Can you feel parasites move inside of yourself? Also, you mentioned something about ADD being a possible effect, do some find that they can focus much better after they are clean inside? Thanks.
