Thumbs up Energy boosters

Hi Everyone,

I'm wanting to find out some information on natural high energy boosters other than just vitamins. I know or think I know that Vitamin b is an energy booster and am already taking that but currently through my depression I'm experiencing a symptom where it feels as if it takes forever for me to wake up. I love my coffee in the mornings as a pick me up but I feel I drink too much of it, I generally have a well balanced diet so any help please?

in addition to the one's already listed--DLPA is an important amino--but all the amino's are important, also, d-ribose and hgh dopa 400 and NADH, bee pollen
