Smile Hydrogen Peroxide Reversed Gum Disease

Every morning after I floss, I brush my teeth by dipping my toothbrush in water treated w/ hydrogen peroxide. My gingivitis has actually reversed itself! I won't be needing any gum surgery! You can put toothpaste on the brush first, then dip it in the H202 without using water.
100mg of Coq10 reversed my aching, slightly loose tooth in a week. Now I can chew on it but steak or bacon doesn't feel very good. I don't know what the Coq10 actually did For the tooth, I just know it's much better now.

Dear Susan, do you mean you don't use any toothpaste, but just dip you brush in the water+hydrogen peroxide solution?

Re: Hydrogen Peroxide Reversed Gum Disease

SusanGene, what is the ratio of water to hydrogen peroxide that you use? This sounds like something I'll try.

Re: Hydrogen Peroxide Reversed Gum Disease

I don't know. I just pour some on the toothbrush. I neglected to say I also take
coq10 , olive leaf extract, coral calcium and C. Gum disease has CAUSES that need to be addressed. I can't imagine someone getting adequate nutrition having bleeding gums.
You have to get supplements into your body to feed the gum tissue. Coq10 , 50mg twice daily, is excellent for gum health. I also take a fabulous multi vitamin called
SYNERGY. I wish I could say I eat right (right by today's standards) but I don't. I'd love to hear from people who had their gums SLICED , roots SCRAPED, gums SEWN back
together and now have fine gum health. That is treating the symptoms (drastically) but ignoring the cause. So why wouldn't the gums REVERT to their previous condition??
