the most important supp you can take is a complete free-form amino blend--especially important are dlpa and tyrosine. you can get pills, liquids, powders etc... whey protein isolate shakes are the best. you might want to add samE and also a good multi-vit/min, b-complex and b12. rhodiola and ginseng also help with fatigue and depression. also for the guys--definitely need saw palmetto to protect your prostate! glucosamine chondroitin with msm will help with any joint problems! horny goat weed, maca, tribulus, arginine,and yohimbe can help with libido.
