 what brand of 5-htp do you prefer?:)
I started natrol brand 5-htp (from wal-mart) at 50 mg. I got a rash on my back so I stopped it and I'm now restarting it so I can see if that's what gave me the rash. My question is do you prefer one brand over another and if so why? And are all the brands just about the same? If it gives me a rash again I want to switch brands because I like it. I don't have to drag myself out of bed in the a.m. and I'm don't have that lazy feeling all the time when I take it.
