If its only moderately high, try calcium/magnesium, vitamin C, Jarrow Probiotics, Apple Pectin, garlic. Those are some of the things I have tried that helped. My problem wasn't extreme though. I know garlic works well, but you should read about it first before taking it. Other things I have heard are good are hawthorn berry, taurine. As far as food goes, berries seem to help a lot too. Blueberries, blackberries, rasberries and maybe even some cantelope.
