So I have been experiencing really bad constipation and other bowel problems for the last couple of yrs. Its a problem that I have never been able to solve. Even till this day its been giving me problems. I still make frequent visits to my primary health doctor. On january 7th i am getting my first cat scan to see why I'm having so much abdominal pains on my left side and why i'm always so nauseous. Its very depressing to go through this all the time. The thoughts of cancer or other disease constantly go through your mind. I want this to stop already. And so I did some heavy research about the colon and came upon this. Does anyone in these forums have any exp with this product? Is it a scam? The last thing i need in my life now is a scam.

Considering your symptoms, I would NOT go near any such product until you complete medical tests. And, just in general, personally I believe it is much better to encourage natural cleansing of the body by eating nutritious foods, especially plenty of fresh veggies and fruits and legumes. On that subject, how is your diet? Do you get plenty of fiber? (But here, too, I would go through the tests first. Any increase in fiber ought to be done VERY GRADUALLY.)

thx for the reply judy.. in all honesty its just been recently that i changed my diet to a more healthier diet. When I was young all the way till recently i was a heavy red meat eater. Nothing but McD, The dinner cheese burger deluxe, pizza, white castle, burger king eater for most of my life. I regret doing that to my body and is something i wish i can change. I am trying my best to eat healthier by eating veggies and fruits daily. I now buy the Fiber One cereal box and try and eat once or twice a day on that. But I have to admit every once in awhile I go back to Burger King, chinese food or order a pie of pizza out of pure crave. I really hate myself when i do that. But i am trying. Tomorrow I get my very first cat scan. I'm more worried about the results then the procedure so I'm praying that its something not serious.

i take a fiber pill called "fiber force-6" by puritans pride that works very well. i would stay away from any colon cleanse right now until you have your tests. miralax is an otc laxative that works well. just taking magnesium will do the trick also--just don't go over 600mg/day or it can cause diarrhea.

no man,, dr natura colon cleanse for me worked wonders, it is awesome, of course you have to change your diet, and that goes without saying,,as for being FDA approved there is nothing out there that is,,, ALLI weight loss was and it causes liver problems,, now i did not get some of the stools they showed on their web site but some of the stuff that came out of me was pretty bad . THe first week you are on it you do cramp and feel kinda sluggish... BUT!!!! YOU ARE DETOXING!!!! do not forget that,,,now after the first week every thing starts getting way way way better, you have to change your diet,, eat more green veggies,,less bread,sugar,potatos, and no dang pop diet or not diet,, drink a load of water,, you dont clean your body with pop,,,, let colinix be the soap you supply the water,, i am a construction worker not a doctor,, i go by hands on not reading averages,,,my veiw on averages,,, you have one hand in a fire,one hand in a freezer ON AVERAGE you are good,,, i am going to their web site to order some right now that is what i was doing before i saw this scam thing,,, IT IS NOT A SCAM,,ps. the fda does not approve anything that has natural herbs,,THAT I KNOW OF,,dont quote me on that one,,, GOOD LUCK MAN ,,,GOD BLESS
