Ginko does have blood thinning properties so, theoretically, if you take it at the same time as other medications that also cause blood thinning (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.), it could contribute to internal bleeding. However, that would not normally produce spontaneous bleeding in the mouth.
Unless you have some severe medical condition that causes spontaneous bleeding, it is unlikely that this is anything more than a coincidence and you are panicking without good reason.
Bleeding in the mouth, in an otherwise healthy person, is more likely to be due to a gum infection. In any case, it really should be checked by a doctor.
