What's a great natural way to get your daily dose of Vitamins and aid in hydration? I am obsessed with Emergen-C, it's cheap, got 1000mg of Vitamin C and energy boosting B vitamins. I just bought a box of the acai berry flavor(yummy) and a pack of 36 is just 8 bucks! In this economy I cannot afford to be spending a whole lot of money on expensive supplements, but I still want to stay healthy. Anyone have any advice for other natural remedies? Thanks!
