I have heard for best absorbtion magnesium chloride is best sprayed on the skin or taken orally as a liquid "magnesium for life"can tell you more about it. I don't think you can overdose on it, you may just have diarrhea if you have too much or itching in the area.
I bought mine online but that's the one you spray on.
The ocean minerals I normally have a bath in and I cannot find the oral one on that website, but I will post another reply of the oral liquid. I found the magnesium spray particularly good for a chronic shoulder problem I have had for years and GP's offered cortizone injections, therapeutic ultra-sounds etc and neither worked. The magnesium did. It makes you wonder who the researcher/professional is here. Most of the time I find you search for and find your own remedies for any illness. Anyway
