dysbiosis

I have been fatigued and sick for the past year, getting worse, progressively worse, over the past 3 months. I have at least 5 antibiotic prescriptions this past year, so I suspect dysbiosis. My doctor recommended probiotics, Vitamin C, and Multivitamin, so I have been taking those for 4 months. For the first month I felt much better, but now I feel worse. It is getting to the point where SOMETIMES when I clean, I get so wiped out I just run out of breath, and I can't push myself anymore. And I know it's not natural I'm only 29. I keep getting sick, the flu, viruses, infections. I know there is an underlying cause for all this, I know I am not paranoid. I try to excercise, I eat healthy, but I am also on a lot of medication. Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Re: dysbiosis

Have you had tests for Lyme, or it's co-infections? Other parasite testing may also be in order too, as well as seeing how the liver & gallbladder function is working.

Taking so many antibiotics can certainly interfere with the intestinal tract, as well as the overall immune function. Eating well is great, but if your body isn't absorbing the nutrients, then you need to get that dealt with.

Good luck with your health & keep at your doctor or find another one that is willing to work with you!
