Ginkgo biloba, ginseng, dong quai, feverfew, and garlic, to name a few. They all can either thin the blood or interfere with blood-thinning medications or both.

I used Apple Cider Vinegar and Pine Nut Oil(or Cedar Nut Oil)
1 table spoon of vinegar in 1 one glass of water. After that 1 table spoon of Pine Nut Oil. Drink before eating (preferably 30 minutes, could be less).
The best quality of Pine Nut Oil is Ringing Cedars of Russia brand.
