Artichoke used to be a life saver....

Hi Guys,

I have had Chronic fatigue sydrome since i was 17 however I was almost better between the years of 23 and 26 but for nearly a year now i have been very ill again

When i was 23 i found a supplement (Artichoke) which helped clear my foggy head and massively reduce my digestive symptoms

Since i got ill again a year back I have found that taking Artichoke actually makes me worse but a while back it definately did the opposite!

I feel like there is something up with my liver but nothing I take seems to help

My symptoms are:

-Gas/IBS
-Very bad brain fog
-dizziness
-fatigue/weekness

Has anyone any ideas what might of happened? Have i become allergic to Artichoke?

Thanks
Christian
