Spine Health
Hello,
I've been diagnosed with a herniated disc and arthritis in my cervial spine and am looking for herbal/vitamin remedies. Right now I'm taking Vitamin D, Calcium, fish oil, flax seed oil, Vit B6 and B12, folic acid, MSM and others. I'm looking to stem further arthritis and protect my nervous system. Any advice on supplements and amounts? Also, is there a good book to refer to when deciding what supplements and amounts to take?

In addition, you might look into Zyflamend (a natural anti inflammatory) and BioSil - collagen assistance for joints.

Oh, and exercise is essential. You might check out what Egoscue recommends for the neck.
