Lightbulb Improve Health from Diet

Hi,

Recently I found an article told about how we can improve our health simply from everyday's diet. The idea is from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It mentioned that " Sour foods in TCM generate more body fluids and prevent dehydration." Not bad to try?

What is recommended is to eat from each of the 5 element food divisions:
sweet, salty, spicy, sour and bitter.

Yes, that is what it is from. It recommended to eat apples, apricots, Asian pears, plums, lily bulbs, gingko seeds.
