muscle testing...anyone elso done it?
 

Just wondering if anyone else has done this.
I have had a couple of appts, and wonder what others experiences are?

find some great understanding on how to perform muscle testing yourself.

Have you done it? I have read about it, but what I read is very conflicting. Theres no scientific data to back it. I am new to the process and giving it a fair chance...Im just looking for people who have had success, or failures, whatever, I just am new to this and the internet really slams it...
I have food sensitivities, and am hoping to find some answers.

It is called Kineseology (our own body informs us what it needs). I have had it done many times with very good results.

I tried muscle testing about 12 years ago and have used it with great results ever since. Many of my friends have also tried it with good results. I dont know how it works but it does from releasing depression and also improving health.
