Which probiotic is most recommended?

I have been searching the internet for about 2 hours now trying to decide which probiotic to try and I think I'm more confused now than before I started.

I get an upset stomach when I eat wheat or dairy and have yet to find anything that helps. Are there any probiotics that help with gas, bloating, upset/gurgling stomach?

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Which probiotic is most recommended?

If you know that wheat and dairy give you an upset stomach, the best thing to do is stop eating them. If a food or foods give you symptoms, there is a reason, they are doing more harm than good to your body. A probiotic isn't going to stop a food allergy or intolerance.

The digestive symptoms are your body's signal to you to stop putting "poisons" (in this case wheat in dairy) in.. I would seriously consider eliminating wheat and dairy from your diet for 4-6 weeks and see how you feel.

I agree with lulu 100%. But if you do want a good probiotic, to maintain healthy gut flora and such, I think i flora is a very good choice.
