Cool Taoist Dry Skin Brushing?

I just ran across this, about draining your lymph nodes by just simply brushing your skin with a lighter bristled brush all over your body while it's dry! How about it, such an easy thing! Has anyone had longer-term health benefits using it? I'm going to do it and see how I feel!
