Re: Vitamin C question?

Your body will excrete what it can't use, but why waste it? I would do 1000mg 3/times a day. Also, Oil of Oregano is great for colds and flu.

Re: Vitamin C question?

im not sure your body is even going to use 1000mg 3 times a day. your RDI is around 60-95mg. realistically you will excrete any more than the RDI. eating enough fresh fruit and veg wont do you any harm, and maybe try some echinacea.
