| Can I take AHCC and Beta Mannan Together?

Ten years ago I had a LEEP for Mild Dysplasia and this year my pap is abnormal again with Severe Dysplasia and HPV. I do not have kids yet and really do not want to decrease my chances of motherhood with more surgeries. I'm encouraged with the success stories of reversal of CIN III naturally.
My vitamin regimen is : 50,000 IU Beta Carotene (Vit. A); 500 mg Vit. C; 800 mg Vit. E, 1000mg of B12, 100mg of B6, 400mg of Folic Acid, 1 Omega 3 Krill Oil, A Centrum Multi-Vitamin, AZO Cranberry,10 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract, White Tea, A Probiotic and 3 g AHCC. I will continue to do this until my follow up visit in February, to see if there is any regression of cell growth.
My question is it safe to mix Beta Mannan (Aloe Vera) with the AHCC. I havent started Beta Mannan yet, but I have ordered it. I just cant find any research on taking the two together.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
