I agree with the other poster, get a second or even third opinion.
A removal of your ovaries has absolutely nothing to do with your current medical condition, this would only be of benefit if you had a problem with your ovaries. Removal of them would send you into menopause. Nor will it fix your prolapsed bladder.
The surgeon can do a few "stitches" to hold your prolapsed bladder in place. A hysterectomy would be a last resort, but would only fix the prolapsed uterus because it would be removed.
