Hi!
I feel compassion for your issues that are quite common with many, many
people in this modern age.
Actually, to answer your question, there are many natural and NON-ADDICTIVE
herbal supplements, herbal teas and or HOMEOPATHIC tinctures/tablets, that
address acute panic disorder's.
As many know, panic disorder's are very real for many, and cannot BE TALKED
AWAY when in an extreme/acute form.
For some, the approach may be just a nice, simple cup of CHAMOMILE tea to
sip when one feel frazzled and overwhelmed.
There are numerous other HERBS that our Creator placed on this earth for the
health benefits they gift us with in a gentle, and non-invasive way.
Some suggestions one may discover are even herbal combinations that can
work in unison nicely. For instance, herbal combinations for offering help as
NERVINES (calming one's nerves) can include: Passionflower, chamomile, skull-cap, cat-nip and oats. Many of these popular formulation's are actually hundred's of years old recipes, enjoyed by folks even in the 1200's and before.
It is really great that your listening to your inner voice about that pharmaceutical now, and making an effort to look for alternatives.
Perhaps you shall not receive this post, but hope that you do. All the best
to you on your health journey.
