Love xanax

I have been taking xanax on and off for about 3 years , bascically to deal with my crazy lifestyle. I have a family, job, etc.
I always feel so relaxed and in control on it, but want to stop taking it. Any suggestions on any otc replacements for it that are safe

Re: Love xanax

You don't "need" anything just because you have a crazy lifestyle. We all have a crazy lifestyle. We are all too busy, to impatient, to much in a hurry to even see what we should be enjoying. I lost my 25 yr old son May 3, 2011 (xanax and alcohol) So, please leave that highly addictive drug alone!!! It really should be taken off market. Try just living each day and enjoy your family. You can't do that be numb all the time. Please!!!!

Hi!
I feel compassion for your issues that are quite common with many, many
people in this modern age.
Actually, to answer your question, there are many natural and NON-ADDICTIVE
herbal supplements, herbal teas and or HOMEOPATHIC tinctures/tablets, that
address acute panic disorder's.
As many know, panic disorder's are very real for many, and cannot BE TALKED
AWAY when in an extreme/acute form.
For some, the approach may be just a nice, simple cup of CHAMOMILE tea to
sip when one feel frazzled and overwhelmed.
There are numerous other HERBS that our Creator placed on this earth for the
health benefits they gift us with in a gentle, and non-invasive way.
Some suggestions one may discover are even herbal combinations that can
work in unison nicely. For instance, herbal combinations for offering help as
NERVINES (calming one's nerves) can include: Passionflower, chamomile, skull-cap, cat-nip and oats. Many of these popular formulation's are actually hundred's of years old recipes, enjoyed by folks even in the 1200's and before.
It is really great that your listening to your inner voice about that pharmaceutical now, and making an effort to look for alternatives.
Perhaps you shall not receive this post, but hope that you do. All the best
to you on your health journey. Wolf

Re: Love xanax

indeed, Xanax should be illegal

the withdrawal syndrome is the worst of all drugs in the world, makes heroin withdrawal seem like a walk in the park

there is no natural substitute for xanax if you stop taking it (as you should)

Re: Love xanax

(for starters i am ADHD) i was addicted to xanax for about a year for anxiety but then my psychiatrist put me on Vyvanse for my adhd and lost the urge to do any other drugs; quit xanax cold turkey and also stopped drinking and smoking. Iv heard tons of other people having results like mine.
idk if you can get your hands on some but its worked wonders for me.

Re: Love xanax

XANAX is a horrible choice for a long term remedy. discontinuing rapidly can have serious consequences as bad as seizures. also as far as addiction; where as opioid's attach to receptors that are already there and create withdrawal when stopped...benzodiazepines create new receptors which can never be filled again after you stop using them. also....the best you'll find OTC for the purpose of being relaxed...heres the secret -> VALERIAN ROOT

take care of yourself
