ShoreBette Member (female) Join Date: Oct 2010 Location: VA, USA Posts: 54	Questions about magnesium Is the magnesium oil supposed to work for sore muscles like the Epsom Salts? The problem with Epsom salts is that you have to soak in it, and sometimes time will only allow a shower..... Does the vitamin supplement magnesium also cause loose bowels? or is it the citrate in magesium citrate? I am trying really hard to learn about the feel good natural ways to deal with being in a bad allergy overload system right now.... thanks for any help
