Has anyone tried and used magnesium oil. I do realize you have to take calcium with it. But I was wondering if its of any real use. tried magnesium tablets but oent do much unless your backed up. This is suppose to absorb well.
I've been using Mag oil for years. It is absorbed through the skin either in foot soaks, in a bathtub or sprayed directly on the skin. I have never heard that you take calcium with it (you mean at the time of application?). I do take a calcium product in the AM and usually use the mag oil PM.
you take 6oomg of calcium by mouth then use the magnesium oil as directed. I literally just ourchased it. I was taking the tablets of magnesium but that is impossible to really aquire enough through the digestive, so I bought the oil. I am just trying to boost immunne system for the winter and I heard it can calm you. I have no clue or results yet. I am reading books on it and listening to the podcasts.I also take vit d3, b12 multi and 1000 or more mg of c a day but still seems to be a bit too vulnerable to illness. I have to be honest its hard to know exactly the formula you need to be at the best you can be.
I have never used it but I have friend that says it helps with pains from Fibromyalgia.. I would check with ur dr 1st and see what ur levels are at before u take it and see how much is able to be absorbed.. too much can send u running to the bathroom.. I took extra pill one night not good.. best of luck
Chelated magnesium will not cause the runs like other mag products, nor will the mag oil. I like chelated magnesium glycinate for a supplement and I also use mag oil.
I just heard a show theres also jigsaw magneium. I ordered some. It is interesting but I really dont feel any different with a higher magnesim intake. They have so many statics how we are all so depleted in it, but I cant tell. Do you notice a difference in how you feel?
