Coffee enemas, could I have an electrolyte imbalance now?

I have used enemas in the past for digestion issue but now that they seem normal I have noticed some weird things happening. Almost slurred speech, like I meant to say something else and it just came out wrong, extreme dizziness, extreme confusion (specially when standing or outside), headaches and neck tightness and lastly I've been seeing light spots. It almost feels like I'm going to have a seizure or something. I've never had any of these before. And usually mental clarity is pretty good. Do you thing I could've messed up my electrolytes doing the enemas?

Well, that's an enema. Remember getting plenty of them as a child to reduce fevers. Lots of shivering, shaking, just plain ickky feelings.

Maybe - Don't do them. There is a chance on pushing all that bacteria back up where it doesn't belong?

Think about it. Once it gets where it is, it is supposed to come out.

I have read that they are useful in the Gerson for cancer protocol.

Yea I haven't done any since then. My symptoms have started to go away. I actually think it may have been stress.

In my own personal opinion, coffee enemas seem like they would be dangerous. I am definitely not a fan of enemas at all and would only use one if severely constipated.

But anyway, I make this post because I think perhaps you should research the dangers, if any exist, of coffee enemas.

Coffee enemas are not dangerous and I doubt they were responsible for your present symptoms. If they persist I would research other causes.
