Sorry you have all of this to deal with! Could the depression and/or the medicines you take for it be causing these symptoms?
I'd suggest you read the sticky at the top of this thread called The 7 Stages of Alzheimer's and see what seems familiar and how much doesn't. Perhaps you can talk this over with a family member or a good friend.
Then I suggest you see a medical doctor (GP or internist) to see if there's a fixable problem that is causing these symptoms. Take a family member or a good friend with you to the medical appointments, too. The doctor may suggest you see a neurologist or have some tests run.
You didn't mention your age (unless 1954 is your birth year), but if you're over 60, a doctor who specializes in the care of senior citizens might be just the listening ear you need. If you do have Alzheimer's, there are medicines that can slow the progress of Alzheimer's if you start taking them soon enough.
