Thanks Martha & Deb! I've really been stuck in a rut for awhile now, and need to get "out there". I'm too scared to apply for a job, I turn 55 this month. For the past 19 years have stayed home with my 2 kids (who are now teens) and one is away at College. The other is going to College next year. I help my Mom & FIL (he has vas. dementia) because neither one of them drive. I do work part-time at the schools in the office when they call. But I just thought working for the AD office would give me a chance to get out of my comfort zone and help others at the same time. I know it will help me too! Take care all - I know this road is not easy. My aunt, who had AD, died this month. She just fell over one day - what a blessing not to have to suffer and linger on and on. It's been a rough year for us, we've lost so many elderly loved ones and friends. Unbelievable. I guess it's just their age and their time to go - but it sure has been hard! God Bless you all. C
