Lexapro is an antidepressant antianxiety medication with a long list of side effect. One of those side effect (though reported less common) is Bradycardia which is an extremely slow heart beat rate. Palpitation (irregular heart beat) and Tachycardia (unusual fast heart rate) were also on the list. Do a web search on Lexapro to get a full list of side effect.
When in doubt.... always check with the physician!!!
