Lights seem brighter to my etes

Hi

For the past week lights, car headlights and tail lights, indoor lights, street lights, traffic lights, reflected sun light even watching TV all seem much brighter than usual. I have had my vision checked by an eye doctor and he said my eyes are normal. Anyone here have this symptom?

Thanks
