Around a year ago I had some problems with my fingers twitching and moving on there own, almost go to the point to where it looked like my hand was playing a piano on its own! Anyhow I dealt with those off and on for about a month and they went away, id have twitches here in there in my fingers upper lip sometimes feet parts of the thigh etc but nothing major, Well a couple nights ago my thumb started twitching it went away and now my big toe on my right foot has been going crazy off and on for 3 days now, I also feel twitching in my upper thigh. Im 27 year old man and Im really hoping this isnt ALS, I have an Anxiety disorder and Im worrying myself sick over this. everyone around me keeps saying its nothing to worry about but of course there not in my body! Any reassuring words would be helpful!
Re: ALS symptoms?
Read my comments in the post below = "Does it sound anything like ALS?"
NO.... it's NOT ALS. Muscle twitching happens to the majority of people at one time or another. What you are experiencing is common. Rest assured!!
