Anaemia can be caused by a lots of things eg iron, folate or B12 deficiency; endocrine problems such as hypothyroidism; etc. Iron deficiency is the main cause.
People with iron-deficiency anaemia usually have fatigue, faintness and breathlessness went they exert themselves; pale skin, conjunctiva and mucous membrane; hair and nail become more brittle. But it's unlikely to have all these symptoms.
U can increase ur iron intake by eating red meat, green leafy vegies, take vitamin C which helps iron absorption but don't drink milk with meals cos it will decreases iron absorption. |
