i get very weak, naseus, and cant feel my hands or arms. and i cant breathe, feel my arms or hands and im naseaus
and i get dizzy when i stand up and my heart beats fast could this be anemia

It could be, anemia, but it could be several other serious things. Go to your doctor, get diagnosed to get the proper treatment!

I agree...it could be anemia.....but it could be alot of other things.

I had ALL of those symptoms before I was diagnosed with anemia, but I had to pass out cold before I would go to the doc..

it could be panic attacks too.. I get panic attacks and I am anemic so it only makes things worse!

Like the others have said it could be many things. I am an MRI Technologist and I would see a doctor and would ask for an MRI of the Brain to rule many things out. I recommend a neurologist as well. Many Family Docs just don't know what to order since they don't specialize in one area. You are doing the right thing by investigating it yourself as well.
