Floradix supplements??? - Anemia Message Board

I am new here and just found out that I am anemic. I have tried iron supplements in the past and couldn't tolerate the upset stomach, so years later here I am. But I am now trying this Floradix Iron+ Herbs. I have only been on it a few days and no side effects so far..it is a liquid. Has anyone heard of this product and or taking it..does it help??

P.S. There is NO WAY I am getting an IV infusion after what I have read here??

There are a LOT of supplements on the market. Whatever works for you and is safe is great. Yea, I personally wouldn't reccommend the IV iron as I'm one of those lucky people who reacted to it very badly. It's weird because I have absolutely no allergies! I scoff at mold, giggle at ragweed, and snort at dust. But, come near me with a rusty needle and I'm on my way into a coma!

yes im on floradix and it does well but i take other iron with it as well and had an intrav iron which i was givern an allergic reaction preventer in the inj
ection as well cause my mother had an reaction to it .so i went fine on the intrav.i take fefol and iron tablets with built in vit c.helps alot.
