for a long time now I have been getting tons of bruises up and down my legs and they just don't go away for the longest time and when they do new ones pop up.. I mean they are everywhere and along with it I have been getting chest pain people told me I might be anemic so I was wondering if anyone could help

You need to go to your PCP with your symptoms and get a ferritin, CBC, B-12 and Folate check even a thyroid test. Then you will know if you are anemic or if there is anything going on with the thyroid which has similar symptoms. GERD can also cause chest pain. FLFLOWERGIRL

It could also be from low platelets. I agree with Flowergirl, you need a CBC with platelet count test done. Other signs of low platelets are bleeding gums, red dots (petechai) after scratching your skin, and any excessive bleeding, like from a shaving cut.
