You do not show anemia as reflectd in your H & H counts. Your Ferritin (iron stores) are exhausted at a 5. I have heard that the sed rate can be up with anemia, although yours doesn't look too bad to me. When I was anemic mine was 47, could be thyroid relate too. I don't know about your other labs.
