How do I increase Ferritin Levels?

I have low Ferritin levels and would like to increase it. How would I go about increaseing it with food and natural supplements?

My levels are...
Ferritin 24ug/L (Ref Range15-165)
Iron 27umol/L (Ref Range7-27)

I don't eat meat. Allergic to egg.
But I do eat chicken, fish, seafood and plenty of vegetables. Would incrasing my proteins like protein powder help with increasing ferritin levels? What foods are high in iron? Or specifically Ferritin?

Thanks.

Re: How do I increase Ferritin Levels?

Go to the drug store, and buy two things

1. Some 65mg iron tablets - take one each morning with some orange juice

2. A multivitamin/mineral tablet such as Centrum or the store brand - take one each evening with dinner
