An iron infusion can last from around 5 hours to upto about 7 hours, depending on a few things.

Anemia can make you tired, feel cold, feel weak, out of breath, lacking in energy, it can make your pulse go up, a wide variety of other symptoms as well. Eventualy, it can kill you (though of course these days, people are diagnosed and given appropriate supplements long before they reach that stage)

Tiredness, the inability to function in daily life without assistance to gain energy. If I understand it correctly, Iron carries oxygen through the blood...
