can somebody pls explain...

hi, can somebody pls explain to me the differences between the value and the range regarding b12 deficiency. my value is 163 ng/l and the range is 180-910?? i have been suffering with tiredness but my worst problem is my mouth, it is constantly dry (even though i do have saliva) and it burns. the doctor said i have a b12 deficiency and this can have this affect on my mouth. any advice is much appreciated, thankyou

my mother was having the same problem except she also got sores in her mouth. Her doctor is giving her B12 shots, and having her take additional B12. I don't think it is helping a lot, but she let it go for a long time before being diagnosed. Hopefully, she will see results soon.
Good luck, maybe your doctor caught yours before it is too bad.

hi thankyou for replying, sorry to hear your mother is having the same problem, i have read that it can take a few weeks/even months for the treatment to take affect so it could be the case where your mother is concerned. mine only started a week ago, completely out of no where, i am pregnant and wondering if the dry mouth could be related to that other than the b12??
