I switched to the Flintstone vitamins to get my iron and to keep my iron up because I am so sensitive. I am confused about how much is too much or not enough. I have read that if you take 200mg that 33% is 68mg elemental iron... Elemental iron is what you are actually getting? And how much should I be getting? If the vitamins say they are 18mg is that already figured as elemental iron? I hope someone can help me !?!?
