| Re: Brain aneurysm - coiling
so glad the coiling/clots filled in the spaces of your annie. i had the very same procedure for my annie in 05. the thing is, you can only have that coiling option(and also that clipping too) if your particular aneurysm actually has whats called a 'neck' on it? its kind of like looking at a partially deflated baloon type of look to it where you have that longer stem, then the bulge out? otherwise your options can be very limited as far as what can even be done with any aneurysm. we were BOTH very lucky that ours just did actually have that liitle neck there. i am glad things worked as well with yours as they have with mine tho. thats one hell of a big old WHEW, isn't it? hope things continue to go well for you,Marcia
