What does your body do?

Do you get shaky?
Do you get lightheaded?
Do you "choke"up?
Do you feel it in your chest?
Do you start to sweat?
Do you not see reality anymore?
Do you not care who or what you hurt?
Are you emotional and irrational?

I felt all these and more.The brain isn't a chemical imbalance as some say with angry people.There's triggers from your past.You have the thinking brain,the emotional brain,and emotional hyjacking{triggers from past}.

If something happened to you when you were in elementary school,such as someone calling you stupid,How do you react to the word now as an adult?Think about it?

If you were teased in school by your haircolour or whatever{clothing},Have you thought how it makes you the person you are today?

The reason some of us are so angry is because we were hurt when we were young and haven't gotten over it and that's why who we are today.I hope this makes sense?

If you sit down and think back to the most emotional time when we were kids,you will discover that what happened at that time is the words we feel today.If you felt embarrassed{hurt} because someone teased you in school,think to some things that make you feel embarrassed today and see how it all fits together.You could be a clean freak today because you were embarrased as a youngster and you want to be encouraged by having a clean house instead of being embarrased.I hope this makes sense?Any questions,I have lots of paperwork handy.
